1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Jekrom ERP, provided by Zhijie Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), including its ERP, OMS and WMS modules, this website, and related services we provide to sellers through the TikTok Shop Open Platform (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
When you open and use an account, we collect your name, company name, email, phone number and login credentials, and details of any sub-accounts you create for your team.
2.2 Shop authorization data
When you authorize a shop through TikTok Shop's official authorization flow, we receive the shop ID, shop name, market, seller type and the access tokens issued by the platform. We never receive or store your TikTok Shop password.
2.3 Shop business data
Within the scope you authorize, we retrieve and process the following data through TikTok Shop Open APIs:
- Order data: order IDs, items, quantities, amounts, status, logistics details, and the recipient information needed to ship the order (see Section 4).
- Product data: titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, prices and stock levels.
- After-sales data: cancellation, return and refund status.
2.4 Warehouse data
If you use our warehouse services, we record inbound, inventory, picking, packing, outbound and return operations and the related charges.
2.5 Usage and log data
To keep the Service secure and troubleshoot issues, we log sign-in times, IP addresses, browser type and actions taken in the system.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide the Service to you, including to:
- sync and manage your orders, products and inventory;
- publish products, update prices and stock, and arrange platform shipping on your instructions;
- receive, store, pick, pack and ship goods when you use our warehouse services;
- calculate fees and produce bills and statements;
- secure accounts, prevent abuse and provide customer support;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, use shop or buyer data for advertising, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the Service.
4. Buyer Personal Data
Orders contain buyers' recipient names, phone numbers and addresses. We handle this information as follows:
- Fulfillment only: used solely to print shipping labels, hand over to carriers and handle after-sales — never for marketing or any other purpose.
- Minimum access: visible only to the seller's authorized accounts and the warehouse staff handling the order.
- Platform rules: we follow the TikTok Shop Open Platform's data use and protection policies.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only in these cases:
- TikTok Shop: when calling platform APIs on your instructions, such as publishing products, updating stock or arranging shipping.
- Logistics carriers: the recipient and parcel details required to deliver orders.
- Service providers: infrastructure vendors such as cloud hosting and storage, who are contractually bound to keep data confidential.
- Your team: sub-accounts and roles you grant access to, with the view or operate permissions you set.
- Legal requirements: where required by law, court order or a lawful request from authorities.
6. Storage and Security

- All website and API traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Platform access tokens are stored and used only on our servers and are never exposed to the browser.
- Access is controlled by account, role and shop grant, and sensitive actions are logged.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you promptly and act as required by law.
7. Retention and Deletion
- We keep the data needed to provide the Service while your account is active.
- When you revoke authorization in TikTok Shop Seller Center, we immediately stop syncing that shop and invalidate the stored access tokens.
- Buyer personal data in orders is kept for [N] days after the order is completed to handle after-sales, then deleted or anonymized.
- You can close your account yourself from the avatar menu in the system. Once submitted, the account is disabled immediately and can no longer sign in. After 15 days, the account and all of its data — including shops, products and orders — are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your data;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your data;
- withdraw shop authorization;
- object to processing or lodge a complaint.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. Buyers with questions about their personal data may contact the seller they bought from, or contact us directly.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
This website only stores your language preference in your browser and does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The system uses essential sign-in credentials to keep you logged in.
10. International Transfers
Because shops and warehouses may be in different countries, your data may be transferred and processed across these regions. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with this Policy.
11. Children
The Service is for businesses and sellers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice.
